It is also home to “PLANTORY tokyo” – a plant factory and research facility at the global cutting edge, and “U” – an innovative community hub, where people can share and experience food-related know-how knowledge. “U” can also serve as a place for research and development.

Aimed at those working to create the future of food, SUIBA is equipped with a general-purpose kitchen space that can also be used as a test kitchen, test marketing venue, and a place to evaluate PoC (Proof of Concept) and other social implementation activities. Also its highly visible main street-facing location make it a desirable event space.
